Like some of the other people here are saying, during puberty girls change alot and guys don't change that much. Yes they will start noticing you, but this time in life is so confusing for them with all the porn trash everywhere, and girls changing physiclly like crazy, and suddenly we relize what is happening in the world. You don't need to make it any harder for them. Most of of us try our best, and we make tons of mistakes anyway. Girls have alot of pressure from alot of other people. Guys have the same amount of pressure only they put it on themselves. All you have to do is give them a chance, a little support, let them know that you approve of what they're doing.
