Help needed

I duuno of my boyfriend wants to break up with me....we had an argument about 1 1/2 months ago ...since then he had acted abit starange with me....but i also had he courage to ask him..do u love me ? and he replied yes.....but i dunt know why i feel he wants to leave me....his family is forcing him to get married....im feeling he only wants to be with me till my exams..and not screw my exams because he knows it is important to me.....i really duuno if he wants to be with me or not....
