You sit back, confident and relaxt, be in controll of yourself. Look into her eyes, tell her slowly with a deep and calm voice: You are (pause, pause) - fantastically beautiful. Slowly stroke her while you say it. Lean forward and smell her neck, let her feel your warm breath along her neck. Tell her how good she smells. Now lean back again, talk about something nice, or just look at her. Build up antizipation. Be comfortable, yourself relax, n' tease her. If she liked you stroking your hair in the beginning she's most likely open and can't wait for the kiss. Now move close again and kiss her, or build up more by just smelling her. She will love it and you can progess from there. Take your time!
