Letter Tracing Game

A great deal of intimacy involves being completely trusting and respecting of each others bodies. It involves never pushing each other into something that feels uncomfortable - it means being very in tune with each others feelings.

One fun game to play to build up your understanding and communication involves letter tracing. Have your partner turn their back towards you. They can be sitting or laying down on their stomach. Now trace a letter on your partner's back. See if your partner can figure out what that letter is. Once you get good with letters, move on to entire words.

Try doing this with hard strokes or very light strokes. Try doing this on the palm of your hand, on the sole of the foot. Try doing this on the stomach. This helps you both really concentrate on the feelings from a small part of your body, on exactly how a person's touch affects you. It also gets you both familiar with touching different parts of each other, and learning how you feel, how you react, how you are sensitive differently in different areas.

Take turns on each other and see just how good you can get!
