Envying a Friend´s Partner

Every time you visit your friend, you become jealous of their partner - how the partner looks, acts, talks. What should you do?

First, if you have your own partner, the situation can´t be very good if you are having this reaction to another person. Work on your existing relationship - what are the flaws? How can you make it better? You should have a relationship that you are truly happy in, and would not wish to leave.

If you´re not currently in a relationship, work on that. How can you find someone that suits you just as well, if not better? Where might you go to meet this match, and what can you work on to prepare yourself for that?

To be jealous of what your friend has will only hurt you. Find a way to make yourself happy, so that you enjoy your own life, instead of lusting after the lives of others.
