Why People get Jealous

Jealousy is a difficult vice - it is based on the low self esteem of the jealous person. The person who is the object must remind the jealous person of this often, so they remember that the object normally cannot do anything to "fix" this. If the jealous person is secure, they would not doubt their partner´s commitment. Find ways of building up the jealous partner´s self esteem, to help him or feel more good about what he/she has to offer the relationship.
