Get a Mentor

One of the most important things you can do in life is find a mentor. A mentor is someone who will encourage you and help you in your chosen field of interest. If you don't have anyone local, look for an email pen pal to start. You don't have to ask them "be my mentor". Just build a relationship where you can ask them questions and get advice.
