what ever you do, do not call him. dont call and hang up on him because he will know. dont ask about him and try to find out who he is dating. avoid going to same places you know he will show up do. pray night and day to get over it and ask god to help you move on. trust me praying works or at least id like to belive it works. stay strong and keep your self bz. if its ment to be youll end up back w him. if god wants you do be with him, there is absolutely nothing you can do to change that and vise versa. good luck. breaking up hurts like hell, it gives you heart palpitaion, chest pain, shortness of breath, anxiety,etc. it almost like a myocardial infarction also known as heart attack!!!!!!stop thinking about him. stop talking about him take care of your self or you might want to see a thearapist for a while or get some kind of antidepresnt. stop obssesing and i hope you get over it soon. i know it hurts like hell you are not alone. just hang in there,dont contact him and take care.
