Constantly talk about a really good guy friend that your boyfriend has never met or spoken to. The less detail you reveal about this person the better. Talk about the sports he plays, the good/sexy/holiday times you've spent together, about things you say to each other (including flirty stuff) etc. and do all of this really casually without making it look like you're trying to make him jealous. Don't talk about what university he goes to or about his family or about his weaknesses. Keep your boyfriend/ex wondering about all these details. Just go on about this mysterious friend and soon enough, you'll get him jealous.
