I have been in several relationships and had my hard broken a couple of times. You just have to move on! Don't take your ex back. IT IS A VERY BAD IDEA. If you have broken up once, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. If you have broken up, it means that you weren't meant for each other. Sometimes you will sit back and think "we broke up for a stupid reason", but it was for a REASON (althoug you might think it was "stupid"). Take time and heal yourself and find someone else. Just think of your ex as someone who helped you get time by while you were waiting for the right person. Go out: I have found that if you keep busy, you will not think about your ex. The best advice that I will give a broken heart, is heal and move on...
