Nobody knows what really goes on in a relationship - the decision about whether or not you get back with someone after being cheated on, should be entirely your own decision and come from your own instinct. Everybody will say "you deserve better" etc..etc..etc, but eventually everyone will forget - and somebody else's relationship will become the focus.

DO NOT WORRY about what other people think - it is your own happiness you have to think about. BUT you need to really believe that is is worth working on and that both parties will make a big effort. Both parties need to want to make the relationship work (If the cheater really didn't want to make it work, it would be a perfect time for them to walk away - if they fight for it & make a BIG effort, then it is worth trying)

Don't regret not giving it another chance cos your family & friends think you are "stupid" or "mad" - nobody knows the full story behind your relationship
