Many people have a skin condition known as rosacea. This makes your face red and blotchy, and makes your nose a little swollen at times. It is especially noticeable if you take a hot shower, drink alcohol or eat hot food. Talk to your doctor if you think you might have rosacea, to get the proper treatment for it.
