Be Patient and Understanding

Females are VERY sensitive about being ordered around or controlled. There are plenty of movies out that have women being yelled at, beaten, and far worse by the "loving guy". It is something that most women worry about. You need to NOT go grabbing or forcing your girl to make up her mind or to come back to you. That would drive her away even faster.

Instead, show her that it is fully HER decision, and that you are patient and will wait and understand her need to take time. The more that she feels she is fully in charge of her own life and decision, the more likely she is to choose to be with you because she was happy with you before.

Think of it in this way. If your parents forced you to go to a summer camp no matter what you said, you would be upset. Even if this was a camp you might have enjoyed, you would now be upset because you weren't allowed to have a say in the matter.
