Meant To Be

In third grade i felt a crush
I thought the world of you
We lost contact for quit sometime
But ten years later now your mine
A great feeling, one so fresh and new
Came to my heart in such a rush.

Now when i think about the past
I know that we were meant to be
How could two little kids never forget
After so long how they first met
When i think of how we used to be
I know our love will forever last

Talking to you every night
Hearing you say ill be your wife
Makes me so happy i sometimes cry
And i know exactly why
Because I think about our future life
And know our love will always be so bright
