If u have really emotional feelings toward one of your best friends and you really want the relationship to move on and get closer, then you have to go slow and dont immidiatley tell them that you like or love them! If you want the relationship to work you need to be patient and under control! Before you ask them out or anything make sure that they want to be in a relationship and are comfertable with being alone with someone their not dating!
After you break the ice a little start talking to them romanticly(just a little nothing to serious) and become better and better friends! If you read books or tips on dating and they say dont date a best friend because its hard and it will ruin the friendship you have with eachother...then dont beleive it because its not true but you have to be patient with the person you love or you might push them away!

one thing you have to do for the relationship to work out is to remember to TAKE IT SLOW!!!
