Holding Hands in first relationship

In my first relationship we didn't hold hands till he slipped his hand in mine but big mistake on his part because a girl feels more special if you ask her when your walking together in the hallway because you make her feel like a princess or a queen just to ask her. And walking together in the hallways might be awkward but keep a conversation going. Then hug good-bye when the guy drops you off at your class. Thats just to say that you like him or her and that you appreciate the walk. And girls if the guy doesn't ask you to hold hands make him, by just walking really colse to him and talking.
