How to Date :
Nervousness :
Scared to take it to the next step

it could be really hard to take the next step in a relationship and i do not mean sex...If lets say you have kissed a guy or a girl and then they want to do more but so do you... only that you are scared. Try to relax. It is always hard to try new things. DO it only if you want to. If you want to then just take a deep breath and give them an aproving sign. Next step can also mean feeling up a person. so make sure u know where you are going with the " next step"
If a guy feels u up and you start feeling uncomfortable do NOT wait for them to get the pleasure. Pull away make them know you are not comfortable. Or if you will start feeling uncomfortable the next day make sure to tell them this and ask them to slow down...its is not a bad thing to do...its always better to tell them u r not ready then to get hurt.
Hope this helps...good luck
