Whenever I talk online to her, I can say all the best things. But when Im physically with her, I cant seem to actually say the things Im thinking. What can I do?

Talk about the things you said on line to her. That will help you to cross over to actually saying them. Obviously you want to say those things in person...right? And you're having a problem. Why?
You must not feel confident. That would be because you are not sure how she will react to what you are saying. Fear can take the wind out of your sails pretty quickly, huh?
So...begin by yalking to her about some of the on line conversations you had and see how she reacts.
