Runners talk about a “runner’s high”, but I think I’m floating in my “yoga high” after a lovely session. My spine is singing in contentment.
It is meditation time. Meditating on how fortunate I am to have a warm home, ample food, loving family, and good health. #meditate
A quite relaxing #yoga session this morning – my spine feels so happy when I’m done. I want to go out dancing :). But lots to do today!

#Yoga today reminded me why it’s important to stretch daily. When I don’t, my muscles tighten back up noticeably. A little each day helps!

How tall are you? I’m now 5 feet, 6 5/16 inches. I used to get measured at 5’7″. During yoga today I felt my spine lengthen … hmmm. I’ve heard about people “growing taller” after doing yoga, not that they end up taller than their “proper” height but more that they regained their natural height once their spine straightened properly again. So I’ll be tracking to see if I do indeed get a bit taller as I get back into my daily yoga routine. Are you currently shorter than your “one time top height”?

Did my morning yoga routine today after a 2 week break. It felt SO good to stretch. My spine and neck absolutely needed it. My neck was incredibly crinkly.
