Began my day with a lovely yoga session. My body feels so much better after stretching and gently twisting. It has meditation built in too! Do you guys do any daily stretching?

Woo-hoo, I finally got the sink cleared, so I was able to rinse out my fountain, and my fountain is running again! One step at a time. Do you have a fountain?
10pm meditation time – this past week has been a whirlwind. I’m surrounded by stacks of to-do things. My email is stuffed. An instinct is to plow at it, but I know I need to take these moments to breathe in and focus. It’ll allow my energy to be as efficient as possible once I get started on handling this all.
It’s been a long, cold, lonely winter. Everyone cheer – spring is here! Please share – we can all use some inspiration today.
