Ten minutes until the 10pm meditation. Bob put the AC in my office – hurrah! I can think again! I’ll watch Winged Migration some more 🙂
… A lovely, relaxing meditation. Seagulls and puffins were the feature on this section of Winged Migration. And AC is always nice.
Meditation time coming up in 15 minutes! I think I’ll go up and #meditate with the AC tonight. The house is quite stuffy. Where will you meditate?
Ten minutes until the 10pm meditation begins! I think I’ll watch some more of Winged Migration. That’s just so soothing and relaxing. It reminds me that nature’s cycles are ever renewing and that tomorrow is always a fresh start.
… Relaxing with Winged Migration was just right. I felt sorry for the captive Canada geese, watching their wild brethren soar overhead.
Meditation at 10pm coming up! I’ll meditate on how wise I was to stop watching Whodunnit :). That show raised my stress levels 🙂 What will you meditate on tonight?

… ok it was hard to stop my #meditation session, I was so absorbed by Winged Migration. Maybe I’ll finish that up later. Still things to do.
