How do I make him make up his mind?

N and I got together nearly six years ago, we had to breakup because his brother got into some serious trouble and they had to move. Since then he has moved back and several times into my own house/bed. Everytime I see him he tells me he loves me, but sometimes it's like how the grass loves the rain, the rest of the time it's only as his best friend. How do I make him make up his mind? And once he does, how can I get him back. I have been following your sites info for nearly 3 months now and have yet to see a difference. Is there anything I am doing wrong? What should I do. I truly love him with all of my heart.

If you haven't done so already, start off telling him exactly how you feel.
You have some powerful emotions and you need to let them out... gently.
Tell him you want him to make up his mind and that you want him to stay with you. Tell him after his favorite home cooked meal or a nice dinner out. Might as well get him into a good mood first.
