How to flirt

I want to ask this girl to be valentine by valentine's day. She knows who i am but I dont think she knows me that well though. How do i flirt with her without alot of people noticing and at the same time getting her attention
and talking to me.

The simplest and easiest thing to do is just say hi to her.

When you pass her in the hall look her directly in the eye, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and give her a big smile.

She will say hi back (unless she is very shy). If she is shy don't give up saying hi to her because she will eventually say hi back to you. Next you ask her how things are going, she will say fine and you say "great."

Pretty soon she will know you and you can ask her about Valentine's.
