How can I forget him!!!!

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Please help me!!
I am 21 yo woman, who dated a 21 yo guy for almost 3 yrs, about 4 months ago, he moved to Las Vegas... Yea, I know what's going to come up in your mind.. He recently broke up with me.. again... He's broken up with me over 10 times.. and saying this makes me realize how stupid I've been... He leaves me, and says he's not in love with me, and then 2 weeks go by, and he comes back... with no apology.Deep inside I know what I should do... but my heart is broken, and when he comes back I feel better... but then he plays games with me.. he turns things around, but yet, he says he loves me... What should I say, or do?? How can I forget him!!!! Please give me some advice. Thank You.

Tell him what you just told me.

Tell him that there's good and bad in your relationship and finally the bad has overcome the good and it's time to call it quits.

Since you are young, and since you've been going with him for three years, you really haven't had a chance to experience a lot of dating as some women do between 18 and 21. If you hadn't been with him so long, you would have recognized what he is doing to you earlier when it might have been easier to break up.

He's had many, many times to clean up his act and yet he doesn't.
My advice is to bite the bullet and let him go. You will soon forget him if you find someone new who is good for you. Also, the release of tension from the bad relationship will be a positive force in helping you forget.

Good luck! George
