It seems like we're just back to how we were before the date

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
So I really like this guy and we went on our first date about a week ago. He started to make some moves but then all of a sudden backed off. We talked about it the next day and he said he thought i wanted him to back off and i told him i didnt and i was sorry i was sending the wrong messages. But ever since then we havent talked about it at all. it seems like we're just back to how we were before the date... just friends that like eachother. i just dont know what hes thinking or if he likes me still or how to ask him. help!!!!

If you have opportunities for kissing and he is not taking them then tell him that you miss his kisses and wonder when he will kiss you again.

You've already talked about the subject so he won't be surprised by this statement.

Hopefully this will be enough to get things started again. If not, ask him to go out on a date and then you kiss him. Don't worry that he doesn't like you, he is probably just shy.
