He never mention anything about getting back

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I still like my ex alot but i don't know if he still likes me. We broke up for over a year now. He now call me every night without fail and once my friend said she saw him staring at me for 5 minutes. Sometimes he say he miss me and stuff like that but he never mention anything about getting back. What does this means?

If you are impatient then ask him out yourself. Maybe he's shy.
