There is htis girl that i have liked for a while now and in my opinion i think that we are pretty close and i even get the feeling that she likes me too. but i also have my doubts from time to time, sometimes she ignores me or will walk away to talk to another guy and leave me. form what i have seen these past years she is into those guys that are like jerks and or are kind perverted.so does she like me too? i really like her and want to tell her how i feel but i'm not sure if she feels the same way.help please.

A way to find out is to tell her that you are "developing feelings" for her. This will give her a chance to respond without a lot of pressure.

If she isn't ready to answer tell her that you will give her more time and that you will ask her the next time you see her, then be sure to do it.
