What is he up to?

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Hi, I've met this guy and we've been intimate for the past month or so, however, he has a girlfriend who he claims he is going to dump as soon as he finds a new place (which is supposed to be in February). I'm not the cheating type of person, so I feel terrible about all of this, but at the same time I really really do like him, and now I'm afraid I'm ruining things with him because I keep going back and forth between "you're just using me for ass" and " you're never going to dump your g/f" and "okay, fine I trust you, I can't stop talking to you just like that". I just don't want him to think im crazy, but at the same time I just don't know what to do: let it go b/c he has a g/f and if he really wants to be with me, he'll make it happen when it's officially over with his g/f...i just don't want to lose such a good guy, b/c ive been hurt terribly in my last relationship. Sorry so long! Thanks for your help!

If he doesn't move out from his g/f then it is time to give him the word... either move out or I move on.
