Hello,
my ex and i dated for a year, and i broke up with him because things were getting too serious. we stopped talking about about a month or two, and then one day i realized how much i still loved him and would do anything to take him back. he admitted to me that he missed me too, and he still loved me. the problem is that he started seeing another girl, too- and now he doesnt know what he wants. he is afraid to hurt either of us, and doesnt know which relationship he would rather be in. he tells me he loves me and misses me all the time. how do i get him back?

I'm sure you don't want advice on how to break up another relationship.
It's time to accept responsibility for breaking up with him and then losing him to another girl.
Imagine how you would feel if you were in her shoes.
What you can do is to let him know that you love him and will wait for him. The decision will have to be up to him. He will respect you more knowing that you are not trying to break him up with his current girlfriend.
