What should I do about asking her out?
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Hi im am a 15 year old boy....there is a girl that i see every week because we are both involved in a bowling league.... I have many questions....FIrst i don't even knough if she likes me...she's got that playful attitude, but i dont know if thats just her personality...PLus i don't want to like ask her out because if she says "no" then every Saturday i have to see her and it will be really awkward....But i really like her....How do i figure out if she likes me and what should i do about asking her out? I am a pretty shy person....i don't even really know how to flirt with her naturally...its kind of wierd... HELP ME PLEASE!
First you need to establish a good friendship with her.
Take special care to pick her out of a crowd and look her straight in the eyes and say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name and give her a big smile.
A lot of personal attraction is based on the simple smile. Be sure to smile at her often whenever you see her. Pretty soon, as you get to know her better, you will be better friends and you will probably feel comfortable enough to ask her out.
If she says no then pretend nothing has happened the next time you see her.
Give her the same hello and big smile. She could change her mind, you never know.
Good luck! George
