HOPE that he invites me

i met my boyfriend back in oct..when we met he told me he was going on a trip sometime this summer to ireland (its not planned yet, but for sure he's going)..so i told him i was going to europe to see pearl jam (which i had no intentions on going i just said that and after we saw the movie hostel fri night i told him for sure im not going)..he never told me who he was going with (and i never asked)..yesterday he said he's going with one of his friends and maybe a few more..fri night we saw that movie hostel and ive stayed at them before and he never has..i know on this trip if i dont go he will stay at hostels and meet whatever girls..we are not married or engaged, so he can do whatever he wants (he never told me he loved me yet, but told me that i "complete him")..i stayed at hostels before and i know what goes on at them..this am he asked me "will you miss me when i go to ireland" and i said "i dunno i might break up with you" (cause i was so upset)..and then he says "you should be happy for me cause this is like a life-long dream of mine to go"..well i dunno what to do..1) break up with him??..2)stay with him and hope he doesnt cheat on me and have to sit thru and deal with him always talking about this trip??..or 3) be a good g/f and prove to him that hell miss me and HOPE that he invites me (even last min i can go)...please w/b..i appreciate it..~kathleen~

The answer is pretty simple.
Tell him you want to go with him. He may have decided that you can't go after all your talk about going to Europe and then deciding not to.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. He might be delighted.
