Should I tell her I like her

Hi, I've wroten to you before, I really need your felp this time. Remember that "what would she do if I kissed her", you told me to ask her if she was upset but I didn't do it, because I was afraid of her reaction. Aparently, her atitude towards me hasn't changed and last night, in a class dinner, I had a friend of mine saying to her that she thinks (it's a female friend of me and hers) that I like her, and she (the girl I like) asked her why would she say that. My friend asked her if she liked me and she said no. Well, now she knows I like her, and I know that she doesn't like me. I think that I should tell her personaly what do I feel for her, I can't stop thinking about her when i have nothing to do, and sometimes I get really angry with myself (i'm not thinking about suicide or nothing like that, don't worry).
Should I tell her I like her and that she should give more value to the ones who like her and care about her like I do and that she should give me a chance, or try to get closer to her (I've noticed that normally, she only talks to me when she needs to, or to ask me to do something for her).
I just don't want to forget her, and I want to be with her.

Now you want to tell her directly. I say go for it, but don't be surprised if it doesn't turn out your way.
