I found an email of his to a girl

My boyfriend (a Marine) and I have been in a relationship for almost 7 months now. Recently, I found an email of his to a girl of both of our acquantinces (but she really likes him as more than a friend). He was telling her how much he misses talking to her, and that, when he comes home next, they should go skating. And she wrote him saying that they should either talk or go skating, "as long as they got to hang out." What should I think about this? Because it's gotten me so upset I don't want to talk to him.

Consider the possibility (even likelihood) that this girl is just a friend. You don't mind him having friends, right?

Work hard at telling your jealous thoughts that it is ok for him to go skating with her because he loves you and would never cheat on you. With a lot of hard work you will beat down the jealousy and it will give up and go.
