I have a question about the topic "Under 18 / Minor Dating an Adult". In your text, it states "If an adult now touches them at ALL in a sexual manner including kissing, they are sexually harassing that minor." I am 18 and my girlfriend is 14. all we did that was considered "contact" was only holding hands and hugging. We only held hands like 7 times and rarely hugged throughout our 1 year together. Does that mean I am doing illegal?
