ok i have known this girl for at least 10 years she is 13 and i am 15 i have a lot of fun with her she makes me feel good and she is very unique. I wrote her a letter to tell her what i feel for her and what kind of person do i think she is. She is still stuck in being a little girl like playing with dolls but sometimes she can be a very fun person she only plays by herself. her mom knows about everything i talk to her mom about it. In the letter i wrote i tolded her that i would wait for her unitl she was older and that i wouldn't date any other girl. its been over 8 months and she doesnt give me a reply and if i date it might be one of her friends and she wont date anybody that has been with her friends. I want her to give me an answer but she never has. I want you to tell me if she well ever come around and like me. so i can move on if she doesnt like me. (I hope you give me a good answer because i really like her) Thank you for listening to this.

The best choice would be to wait until she has grown up some more.
But if you want to ask her now you will have to talk to her directly and ask her specifically if she wants to go out with you when you are older. If you are in front of her she can't ignore you.
