Me and my boyfriend have been together for around 1 year and we always seem to argue we always have encounters.I think he is cheating on me and one reason for that is because Im so jealous I can imagine him being with another girl but I know he loves me and wants to be with me. what should i do

Jealousy can ruin a relationship.

The best way to deal with it is to fight it like an enemy. Whenever a jealous thought comes into your mind tell it to go away because you know your boyfriend loves you would never cheat on you. Do this about 100 times and sooner or later the jealous feelings will give up trying to bother you and go away.
