I have loved him since the beginning

Me (18) and a guy (19) have been dating/friends with benefits for abou 3 years now with lots of break ups. I have loved him since the beginning, and i always somehow end up falling for him no matter what he has done in the past. How can I make him understand how i feel? thanks

If you haven't told him you love him it's time.

And if it is too hard for you to tell him directly then tell him that you are developing feelings for him.

But first you have to get back together with him again, so get to work on that.
