I am so jealous and don't have trust

me and my boyfriend live together and have been together for about 7months. I always get mad at him because i think he is looking at another girl or thinking about another girl.I always picture him cheating on me.the thing is i know he loves me but i had a boyfriend i was with for 2years and he cheated on me with my best friend and now im with my new boyfriend and i am just having issues with trust and jealousy now, i dont know what to do....I feel like i am the one who is going to break us up, just because i am so jealous and dont have trust please help me

You are right that this problem might cause you and your b/f to break up.

The best way to fight against jealousy is to think of it as the enemy. Whenever a jealous thought enters your mind, fight against it very strongly. Tell it that your boyfriend loves you and would not cheat on you and tell it to go away and not bother you again. After doing this 100 times, the jealous thoughts should get tired of bothering you and give up and go away.
