Any safe ideas to ask her out w/o getting totally burned?

hello haven't written in a while. need a little help. there is this girl that i gotten to know well. i think she knows i like her b/c she asks to do things after work but never calls to confirm. she has even given me her SN for MSN. so i guess i am just nervous as hell to ask her out for a bite bc when i do she says sure and then goes AWOL and then then next time i see her i cant ask her what went wrong. any safe ideas to ask her out w/o getting totally burned?. thx

One thing you might ask yourself is whether she is trying to elude you.

If so you might consider find yourself another woman to ask out.

To try to get a date with her that won't fall through try asking her out to eat right after work. If you work different schedules offer to pick her up after she finishes work.
