I sent an sms to her, asking if she would want to see a movie in the weekend

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Hi, I wrote to you sometime ago about a girl of my class.
Well, today, it was the last school day before the hollydays, and I was planning to ask her out today, but everything went wrong, because she had to go home sooner than normal, and I wasn't able to be alone with her to do it. So, I sent an sms to her, asking if she would want to see a movie in the weekend, I did this because I tought that I wouldn't be able to stay 2 weeks without being with her. She replied to me little time after I sent it, saying that she wouldn't be at home at Saturday, but maybe Sunday, altough she wasn't sure if she was going to be at home, she told me that if she could go with me, she would tell me.
Do you think she is just making excuses, or she really can't go out?
Do you think I'm being pushy about it?
Shall I ask a very close female friend of her for help?

Thanks

I think she is being honest with you and that you are not being too pushy at all. I'm not sure it's a good idea to involve her friend in this.

Good luck! George
