This time with marriage in mind

Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
Dear Romanceclass

My girlfriend and i having been dating for 7 years and it was wonderful. Over the years she has asked me to marry her but for reasons i do not know i never did. Last month when she asked me again i told her that its best we go separate ways to which she agreed and immediately found someone new. I now realise i can't live without her and want her back and this time with marriage in mind. I have told her this but she says that i am being unfair to her and she has found someone new...but after a lot pleading and crying she asked me to give her sometime and only MAYBE she would consider me while she stills talks to this new guy daily. I am sure if she talks to him daily i will loose her for good. I have told her that i am not comfortable with her talking to this person while i give her sometime to think to which she got very upset. We made love a few days back and she cried when we were done. I asked her why but she just kept crying . Why is that and what should i do?

Thank you very much for your time and advice.

RomanceClass.com Advice
The odds are good that she found this guy while you two were together since she immediately began dating him. She may have formed a strong bond with him already.

Your begging made her stop and think but obviously she isn't thinking that you are going to win when all is said and done.

She probably cried after your lovemaking because she hasn't completely decided what to do and for cheating on her boyfriend.

Give her occasional calls asking how she is doing and to let her know you still care.

Good luck! George
