I have never gone out with a girl before and never had a first kiss

HI, I am 14 and there is this girl in my class and I really like her a lot. But I have a few problems.
1) I dont think she likes me, I know i need to get her to like me but i dont know exactly how and i dont think she knows i like her
2) We are actually pretty good friends we talk regularly we tell secrets she likes me as a friend, but I think it would be very awkward for her to like me as a friend and then be asked out.
3)I have never gone out with a girl before and never had a first kiss, and i have absolutely no clue what to physically say when i ask her out... like what to ask, i need an example or some suggestions pleeeeeeeeease!
4)Im not totally sure what to do on a date and when would be the appropriate time to start kissing and what should i do in school around her once we are going out (i.e. put my arm around her shoulder or hold hands?)

Please please help i will be so grateful I really like this girl and i dont want to see my chances go down the drain like b4

It is very normal for good friends to end up going out together.

When you are friends you build up trust, caring, honesty, and other things that make for a good relationship.

My advice is to casually say to her that you are "starting to develop feelings" for her. If she agrees then say "well would you like to go out?"

Once you are going out, she will want you to kiss her so be sure to do that the first time you are alone. At school, you might look around at other couples and see what they do. And, ask her what she wants to do... you should be able to talk to her about anything so if you have questions about kissing, holding hands, etc. don't be afraid to ask her.
