I met this guy at a sleepover. I told my friend that I like him and she told him. He says he likes me but he cant ask me out because of this promise that he made his friends. Does he really like me? And if he did, he should be able to break that promise or at least hand out with me alot because I'm important to him. I just dont know what to do. Sometiomes I cry and feel hopeless because I think that I love him and I want to know if his affections are true.

You are putting too much hope and emotions into this one guy.

He only said he liked you, not that he would go out with you or anything. Maybe he feels that he is not ready for going out. Maybe he is shy.

You need to continue to talk to him at school and see if you can become a good friend and then see what develops. It is too soon now for him to have strong feelings for you. Your feelings of love are your hormones acting up.
