I think she is annoyed by me what do I do

i told the girl i liked her and she said ok just ok and now she only says hi twice a week sometimes more but when i pass by her she says hi to other guys and she doesnt stare at me that much anymore i think she is annoyed by me what do i do

You have to start over with her.

First make sure you have a good level of communications.

Whenever you see her look her in the eye, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and then give her a big smile. This reminds her that you said you liked her and that you are also showing this by treating her as a special person.

When you are ready again, tell her that you like her and if she doesn't give you a straight answer ask her how she feels about you. At least this way you will find out instead of having to wonder.
