Hello! i love your site!. anyway. i am a 19 yr old guy who is has a huge crush on a girl i work with. after 2 failed attempts to go catch a bite after work, her friend told mine that she had a B/F. but here is what confuses me> she (the girl @ work)will call my cell and start talkin bout work, and then we will talk about everything from friends to good booze to how awsome it is to take an hour long shower.and when i see her at work i catch her lookin at me and we just both smile and quickly go back to work. so i am wondering WTF is really going on. if she actually has feeling for me > thx for ur help!

Clearly she likes you... how much is the question.

Ask her when she phones if the reason she can't go out after work is because of her boyfriend. This will get the b/f question out in the open between you and her. It's about time that that happened.

Otherwise, all you can do is to continue to use your natural charm on her and see what develops.
