My question is this. This guy and I have been friends for two years now. We are both married. Now I know already that this is a no no but I think we have something more. We used to work together and flirting used to get very heated. We now work in different stores and he still makes it a point to call me every morning to talk and calls several times during the day just to talk. We laugh so much together and he says he loves how I just ramble on about everything. We hang out sometimes outside of work and we just have a blast together. My husband knows we hang out so there's no problem but I'm just starting to wonder is this something that's developing that I need to worry about or is this harmless.

Tell him what you think and suggest that you two call it quits. This is not a pleasant thing to do, but it is better than ruining your family.
