I have liked this girl for over a year now. I asked her out once, and she turned me down only because her friend liked me too, and she didn't want to hurt her feelings. Now i am starting to like her again, but I dont know what to do or how to tell her. Please help me. Thanks

The last time she was nice to you but couldn't go out with you.

Perhaps this time things will be different. Ask her to do something specific like go for a walk in the park or by a river. Those are romantic things to do and she might say yes.
