Right, where to start?! My ex and I haven't been in a relationship for around a year. We've both had a few flings since but nothing too serious. We've always spoken regularly and she's still been one of my best friends and helped me through some rough times even when we haven't been dating.
The reason we broke up last time is because she told me she loved me and I didn't feel ready to tell her. By the time I realised I do love her it was too late. She's been the only girl I've ever felt this way about and I've tried to get back with her several times but she's said she doesn't want to. I'd begun to accept the fact that she wasn't going to give me another shot.
Anyway, last week I brought her to my work party, just as a friend. We had an amazing night together and I felt all the old feelings I had for her coming back. We talked about how we used to be when we were dating and she said it was complicated. I told her to forget about the past and just think about now. Then she kissed me and we spent the rest of the night making out. I talked to her the next day and she said she had a really special night and that we should do it again. But since then she hasn't been returning my calls. What should I do?

First she says "let's do it again" and then she doesn't return your calls.
My advice is to give her some time to think things over. Then call her once a week just to check in and see how she is doing, to let her know you still care, and to maintain your friendship. Don't dwell on your relationship and only talk for 15 mins.
This should get her interest back and maybe bring you two together again.
