Quick little question need to know if this sounds like someone likes you or not okay, i know this guy, whose been my friend for bout a year, now i have no doubt in my mind that i like him, but he's weird, one min he's all just nice and acting like a reg. friend, i mean he told somebody i was like a sister. but then i was at a halloween party, and he was rubbing my leg and telling everybody he like someone but wouldn't say who and he was joking that i was his and that we were going out and he kept rubbing on me and starting over and looking like directly in my eyes and smileing i really like him and i would just really find it to be helpful if i could see if his feelings were mutual thanks so much for ur help

Tell him you are "developing feelings" for him and ask him how he feels about you.
From what you have said, it sounds like he likes you but is too shy to come right out and say it clearly.
Better to ask and find out than to never ask and not find out.
