ok i have a big problem. im 14, a freshman and i like this senior who is 17. she is cute and all but i really like her because shes kind and....i cant get her off my mind. i constantly dream about her. besides the obvious age difference i just cant ask her out. i really really want to just so i can move on!!! but i fear rejection because i really like this girl. there is not a time in the day i dont think about her and just seeing her brings a smile to my face. ive never felt this way before and i keep dreaming about us. i know this isnt lust but i dont kno how it could be. plz get back to me soon.

Fear of rejection is normal but not good.

If everone had fear of rejection, nothing would get done in this world.

My advice is to take the chance. Otherwise you will never know what might have been. I agree the age difference is a hurdle, but you still need to try.
